The Jusgoeaz way2019

I help founders go from a rough idea to a working product - design, build and launch - and most of them have gone on to their next stage. Ten years in, React and TypeScript up front, Node, NestJS and Django behind it.

Problems worthtalking about

(01) Problem→ Solved

You have an idea, not a product yet.

I’ve taken startups from first sketch to a working product - design, build, launch - and most of them made it to their next stage. I think like a co-founder, not a ticket-taker.

0→1Idea to a working product, then on to the next stage
(02) Problem→ Solved

Every release breaks something else.

I find what’s actually causing the breakage, not just the symptom. Then I put guardrails in place - types, contracts, parity checks - so shipping stops feeling like a gamble.

450Parity checks run on a single rebuild
(03) Problem→ Solved

The old Django app nobody wants to touch.

I’ve moved legacy Django and jQuery apps onto React and TypeScript three times on one platform - without taking the product offline.

3×Legacy migrations on one platform, zero downtime
(04) Problem→ Solved

Dashboards that crawl.

Sixty-screen procurement suites, multi-brand dealer portals, data-heavy tables. I make them fast and predictable again.

~60Screens on one procurement suite, still fast
(05) Problem→ Solved

You need the whole product, not just the screens.

Storefront, payments, order pipeline, admin, print production. I build front to back with Node, NestJS and Django behind the React.

Ported by a Claude skill set I built. Dev-complete in one week.

  1. 01

    Encode the rules

A porting skill and CLAUDE.md standards for Claude Code: fixed file layering, a 500-line file limit, no behaviour change during a port, type-check gates after every phase.CLAUDE.md · port-feature

  2. 02

    Plug in the design system

The shared UI kit and white-label theming became skills too, so every generated screen uses real components and tokens - not one-off markup.design-system · white-label

  3. 03

    Let the skill set run

Four Django and jQuery boards became 38 React + TypeScript files and a new REST API with about 21 endpoints, phase by phase, with no shared code from the old app./port-feature · phase by phase

  4. 04

    Verify like a sceptic

450 parity checks against the legacy views. One of them surfaced a live production bug that had gone unnoticed.parity audit · 450 checks

How Iwork

01

Straight answers first

Tell me what’s broken or what you want to build. I’ll tell you plainly whether I’m the right person, and what it will take.

02

Map before I move

I read the codebase and the business rules before I touch a line. Edge cases get written down, not discovered in production.

03

AI-native, with guardrails

Claude Code, skills and agents do the heavy lifting. Coding standards, type gates and reviews keep the output consistent with your architecture.

04

Ship, then stay

Small, reviewed releases. Handover docs. And I stick around: clients come back for their next product.

Skills: Frontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js, Vite, Tailwind, Redux, React Query, Router, shadcn/ui, MUI, Sass, GSAP, Vue, Angular, Storybook, Figma. 01 / 03Where I’ve spent most of ten years

Frontend is my craft. Shipping is the job.

I started in 2016 as a frontend developer at a Chennai product studio, obsessing over UI detail. In 2018 I went independent, and in 2019 I founded Jusgoeaz Technologies - jus go easy - to design and build products for clients across 25+ industries.

Since then: procurement suites, vehicle dealer platforms, developer docs, AI sales tools, print-on-demand commerce, fintech dashboards. I work from Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, with clients in the US, Europe and India.
